Jinkai Integrated Health Centre (JIHC) is a multidisciplinary, integrated, preventive, community approach to total health care. It is set up as a comprehensive outpatient facility, where patients with both medical and psychological needs are given quality care. Jinkai Integrated Health Centre (JIHC) is an integrative preventive model. The clinic serves as a triage where patients are only referred to main hospitals in the region for specialized medical care. The primary care physicians would also utilize consultation with specialists, in which knowledge is moved and not patients, to reduce cost of care and waiting period of treatment at hospitals.
